Claiming My Voice

Hi, I’m Jennifer Hendler, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Founder of Claiming My Voice.

I'm a cisgender Bi female, Holistic Psychotherapist, and Flower Essence Practitioner. For 25 years I’ve been helping people grow through conscious relationships.

I’ve been on a lifelong journey of Claiming My Voice, gaining the courage to be myself in a world that often doesn’t understand, validate, or include my perspective. I have profound gratitude for all the teachers, healers, and Spirit guides who have lovingly supported my empowerment.

Pain has been my inspiration but I’ve learned that even though there is often a breakdown before a breakthrough, we can heal and grow just as much through pleasure. Every year I intentionally increase my capacity to experience joy and abundance. My joy has increased exponentially since I became sober 3 years ago.

Every day I become more committed to healing our world one conscious conversation at a time.

Now I trust my sensitivity and authenticity as my superpowers. I can turn any struggle into a guidepost for living a more meaningful, fulfilling, and generous life.

Nature is my muse and my garden is my sanctuary. I love doing holistic healing sessions in my garden and by the creek across the street. I eat, sleep, and breathe holistic healing. I also love to dance, drum and play ukulele, make art, travel, and spend time in or near water.

I live in Wynnewood, PA with my talented husband, son, and dog Moose, as well as all the rabbits and birds that love our backyard.

My Expertise

For many years I worked with people struggling with eating disorders and was published in national journals as an expert in the field. I possess a wealth of knowledge about how to use creativity and holistic healing modalities in conjunction with talk therapy to create deeper and more satisfying transformation.

My training includes gestalt therapy, energy psychology, psychodynamic, & family systems

“The work I did with you was the greatest gift I could have ever given to myself. I am and will be forever grateful. To reconnect with parts of myself that I had difficulty finding, and with my husband in ways that we/I've yearned for, has been an amazing experience.”
